These terms govern access to and use of POSPromax, including its website and mobile applications. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Service

POSPromax provides business-management tools such as transaction recording, reporting, cashflow tools, directory features, clock-in records, and other operational features. Features may change as the product improves.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate account and business information.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, upload unlawful material, or use POSPromax for fraud or illegal activity.

Payments and paid access

Paid access, where offered, is governed by the price and access period shown during checkout. Payment processing is handled by the designated payment provider. Unless required by law, fees already charged are not automatically refundable after paid access has been activated.

Your data

You retain responsibility for the business data you enter. You grant POSPromax permission to process that data only as required to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service.

Availability

POSPromax is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to maintain reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will always be error-free.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, non-payment, security risk, or violation of these terms.
